A team of Twin-Cities based health and wellness professionals will be at Cable Nature Lodge each of these dates to provide massage and bodywork treatments as described and priced below per our special Luxury Retreat Package. These weekends are intended for your own personal spa retreat. Or bring along a friend or two.
If you’re interested in planning a private spa weekend (or several weekdays) for your own group of 6 to 14 friends you’re welcome to choose from among any of the listed dates. OR we’ll be happy to schedule another that works best for your group.
Individual & Small Group Packages
The following special packages are offered to individuals coming to Cable Nature Lodge for a scheduled retreat or workshop, or for small groups of 6 to 14 guests staying anytime between mid-October and mid-January, and mid-March to mid-June. Small group packages also are available for midweek and selected weekend stays during other times of the year. Additional nights often available at a similar discounted rate.

Cable Nature Lodge has partnered with an exceptional team of Twin Cities-based health and wellness professionals to offer our luxury retreat guests a collection of special spa services. Three 75-minute massage and bodywork treatments are available:
1) Massage and hot stone treatment
2) Facial massage for cleansing, relaxing, and pampering
3) Foot reflexology with warm jojoba oil and wrap (beginning with luxurious foot soak & stimulating scrub if desired)
Additional options available upon special request may include Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage; Far Infra Red and Chi energy therapies with yoga and meditation; Asian Bodywork Shiatsu; Qigong & Reiki energy healing; and holistic nutrition coaching targeting weight loss, mood enhancement, and digestive health.
