Salmon Creek White Zinfandel

Altos las Hormigas Malbec
Deep purple red color, with bright hues. Nose of crushed cherries, raspberries, and dried violet petals, hints of nutmeg. Powerful mouthfeel, ample and structured, sustained, long finish.

Black Opal Shiraz
Ripe berry fruits along with fig and raisin add to the complex cedar aromas. The palate is soft plum with a dark fruit richness. The tannins are fine and supple making a round, mouth filling wine.

McManis Cabernet Sauvignon
Aromas of blackberry, boysenberry, plum, cocoa, hazelnut and a hint of smoke. Flavors of olallie berry, vanilla, and juniper supported by well integrated tannins for a long, smooth, elegant finish.

Leitz 2007 Rudesheimer Magdalenenkreuz Spatlese Riesling
Soft and open, showing peach, grapefruit, and spice flavors and a nice underlying tanginess. From a new generation winemaker universally regarded as a rising star in Germany's Rheingau region. WS 90 points.

La Crema Russian River Chardonnay
Aromas of baked apple and pear with subtle hints of honeysuckle, butter cream and spice. Juiciness in the mouth is enveloped by flavors of butter cookie, pear and slight toastiness leading to a rich finish.

Morgan Metallico Un-Oaked Chardonnay
Fresh, snappy, and vibrant California Monterey wine. Absent any oak, the focus in on fruit purity -- with rich, vivid apple, citrus and floral scents that are lively and lingering. Wine Spectator 89 points.

Toasted Head Russian River Chardonnay
Bright tangerine and pear fruit aromas highlighted by clove and nutmeg. This medium bodied wine has a crisp acidity and long finish, with pear and toasty butterscotch oak flavors and a creamy texture.

Aromas of black cherry, licorice and anise.  Cherry and plum flavors with hints of leather and tar, balanced acidity and sturdy tannins round out the mouth.

Latour Domaine de Valmoissine Pinot Noir
This Pinot Noir comes from the famed French Burgundy house of Louis Latour.  The taste of a red Burgundy at half the price.  This pairs well with chicken, salmon, red meats, and pasta.

Jade Mountain Merlot
Densely packed with heady aromas of ripe fruit laced with exotic spices. Flavors of rich dark cherry and plum intermingle with caramel notes and hints of Asian spice and cinnamon.

Northstar 2005 Walla Walla Valley Merlot
Leather and bright cherry flavors are balanced well in this satiny smooth, well-structured blend that concludes with a supple, lingering finish. Northstar's flagship wine showcasing Walla Walla's best vineyards. Wine Advocate 92 points.

Catena Malbec
The nose reveals balsam wood, vanilla, mocha, cassis, and black cherry. Rich and lush mouthfeel, with black cherry and red currant fruit flavors layered with sweet spices, tobacco and a touch of leather. Wine Spectator 91 points.

Concannon Petit Sirah
Black cherries and blueberries and a hint of warm spice on the nose. Big and juicy cherry-berry fruit flavors wrapped up in substantial tannins and tangy acidity.

Ridge 2007 Paso Robles Zinfandel
Complex and zesty, offering a distinctive sense of place. Lively wild raspberry and spicy dill aromas open to crisp, layered and supple stewed plum, licorice, and coconut tinged oak flavors. Wine Spectator 91 points.

Ravenswood Lodi Zinfandel
Bing Cherry Jam bouquet, with hints of coffee and black pepper. Touches of alcohol at the tail end. Flavors of sour cherry, cocoa powder, and a touch of raspberry.

Cline Ancient Vines Zinfandel
Dusty raspberry, blackberry, white pepper and spice, with coffee and chocolate characters and a subtle vanilla quality that nicely complements the explosive fruit notes. "A crowd pleaser," Wine Spectator 88 pts.

Hess Monterrey Cabernet Sauvignon
Black cherry, chocolate and caramel aromas dominate the bouquet, with subtle hints of spice and barrel toast. Cherry and currant notes fill the mid-palate, while ripe and round tannins linger on the finish.

Canoe Ridge Cabernet Sauvignon
Big and robust concentrated style with rich flavors of black cherry and blackberry and smoky, leather and earth aromas. Elegant in the mouth, with very well integrated oak and hints of vanilla, fennel, and pipe tobacco.

Stag’s Leap 2006 Artemis Cabernet Sauvignon
Flavors of raspberry, red currant, orange peel, cocoa powder, and ginger. Fine-grained tannins and balanced acidity contribute to the rich mouth feel and carry through the cherry-vanilla finish.

Paul Hobbs 2006 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
Concentrated flavors of blackberry, graphite, and bittersweet cocoa explode over a velvety palate, interweaving with well-integrated tannins and notes of cedar and toast to create a memorable finish. Wine Spectator 92-94 points.

Continuum 2006 Proprietary Blend
Blend of 59% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Cabernet Franc and 16% Petit Verdot with a rich, sumptuous bouquet of blackberries, creme de cassis, incense, graphite, and a hint of burning embers. "This powerful, full-bodied, rich wine possesses considerable precision as well as purity." Wine Advocate, 96 points.



Featured Sparkling Wine

Moet & Chandon White Star
A soft floral nose. The pear apple aromas and flavors are ripe and slightly sweet. Chalk and apple notes play out on the finish.

Martini and Rossi Asti
Made from aromatic Moscato Bianco grapes grown near the Piedmont town of Asti. Light and fruity, it's perfect with fruit at the end of a meal.

Domaine Ste Michelle Blanc de Blancs
